Depois de algumas noites passadas no acampamento, voltamos ao nosso alojamento com os objetos encontrados e prosseguirmos a viagem para Gyumri, local de encontro de todo o grupo da expedição de arqueólogos que estavam organizados em diversos pequenos grupos em diferentes áreas da região entre o Lago Sevan e Gyumri.

After spending a few nights camping, we returned to our lodgings carrying our findings and continued our journey to Gyumri, where the different teams of archeologists met, each returning from a different area of the region between Lake Sevan and Gyumri.

A caminho de Gyumri, no dia 8 de agosto, visitamos a vila de Artik, cidade habitada por artistas antes do grande terremoto de 1988.  Jovens artistas provenientes da Rússia, Geórgia e de outros locais da Armênia realizavam uma oficina chamada Art-a-Nish e ocupavam um prédio destruído e abandonado como muitos outros. Visitamos também uma escola russa.

On August 8, on the way to Gyumri, we visited the village of Artik, a town where artists lived before the great earthquake of 1988. Young artists who came from Russia, Georgia and other places in Armenia were holding a workshop called Art-a-Nish and were occupying a destroyed and abandoned building, like so many others in town. We also visited a Russian school.
